I have been practicing law since 1993 and have personally tried and won over 30 cases, mostly in complex securities arbitration forums. I have also owned and managed a business with more than 20 employees, was a firefighter for over 15 years, have engaged in a multitude of projects and been involved with numerous businesses and organizations at all levels. I understand the real world - especially as it relates to law, business and real estate.

If I don't answer my phone or get back to you immediately, I am probably outside riding a bike, running up a mountain, hiking, backpacking, hunting, fishing, playing some sport somewhere, or in an extreme race somewhere way off the beaten path. My background
Dennis R. Villavicencio
I graduated with a B.A. from San Diego State University in 1990 and a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law in 1993. I passed the California Bar Exam in 1993 and have practiced law in California since that time. I have been a partner in two different law firms but have been a sole practitioner since 2007. I owned and managed an Inn and a Lodge at the entrance to Sequoia National Park where I combined the two separate entities into one successful business which I sold in 2018. I was a firefighter from 2007 to 2023 and have responded to more than 1,000 incidents in my career. I have worked since before I was in high school through college and law school and have held jobs ranging from dishwasher and construction laborer to waiter, law firm partner, general counsel and business owner. I also have a wonderful wife and two fantastic children and reside in Three Rivers, California.
